COUNTYSHARE™ is committed to providing credible sources of information and current updates for the global pandemic crisis Coronavirus 2019 COVID-19 disease. We are highly motivated to getting the most current and accurate information from sources like the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Department of Health (DOH) and the World Health Organization. Local, state, national and world governments are working hard to try to fight misinformation to save the lives of those most vulnerable to the highly contagious coronavirus 2019 Disease. A lot of helpful information is available on our sites along with resources to combat the speed of which this disease is spreading until a cure and vaccine is issued to public.
How are we helping?
First we have created a home page alert for all of our sites linked to a new site page like the one below:
Our next step was to add as many credible sources to the page with information to learn about the disease and how to prevent it. We are learning as fast as we can how to improve this page. We are also at the same time working hard to launch new sites for each county community affected the most by this wide spread pandemic as our top priority.
We had plans to launch our community site COUNTYSHARE™ platform in coming months with all features. These plans are now postponed and a higher calling is for us all to work together in our communities to help inform others how we can limit the spread of the disease to our loved ones in the community most vulnerable to the disease. Prevention is the only current solution to the pandemic that is working.
Please feel free to submit ideas or start discussions about how we can help make our site's get the word out on how we can prevent this disease from spreading faster than we can possibly deal with it in our communities. Panic is not what is needed here, but common sense and knowledge on the topic of keeping this disease from taking more lives until hopefully an acceptable vaccine and cure are created.
